Most brick block layers carry a selection of tools that most would think are not required. It is surprising that the masonry trade tool kit can be more of a selection of tools connected with other trades than one of its own. For example, when working around scaffolding, you will require a set of scaffolding spanners. There is a list of small tools required that are not connected directly with the mason trade itself. Having these tools at your fingertips can help you save time.As with all trades, having the correct tools is only part of the trade itself. And having the correct tool bag to store the tools correctly has always been difficult to locate.Most tool bags are just not suitable for the site conditions, while others are too large in size. None of which will store your tools correctly.Well, that was until now! At Hammerex, we developed the FX-40 backpack with the input of the masonery trade. Our goal was to design a tool bag dedicated to the trade that would be strong enough to withstand all weather and site conditions.The bag needed to have additional base support, so we added genuine leather along with the upper sides (as we all know, leather is the most robust material while keeping any tool bag light weight). To round out the quality, we triple-layered the bag.That would give the bag a water resistant barrier along with high durability. Next was to separate the trowels from larger items such as lump hammers, nail bars, and chisels. all of which resulted in a separate front compartment for 3 trowels along with side compartments for a bucket trowel and a plastering trowel. We also added an area for a small site level, just in case a longer site level was not required. .After we took care of the most delicate tools, we focused our attention on designing the inner compartment, which measures 19" x 15" x 10" and is large enough to store all the other tools. .Not to mention that safety is always a top priority, which has resulted in our team allowing the bag to be carried either with 2 handle straps or can be placed on your back when climbing scaffolding.allowing one's hands to be free.
As with all masonry trades, mortar is one of the main ingredients, and with that in mind, we added industrail zippers to make sure they take care of any mortar that comes in there way  .
