Here we will discuss the procedure, from order to arrival of your item or items. And remember - DELIVERY IS FREE UNLESS STATED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DUE TO REMOTE COUNTRY AREA. 

 

PROCESS OF ORDERING

Our processing time is normally the next day. With postal dispatch, 3 days from order. Unfortunately, the weekend postal service branch is not open to receive items. Leaving Monday for a week-end dispatch. Once your order has been placed. Our dispatch team will take all the necessary steps to fulfill your order immediately. Once dispatched by the postal service, we will update your account by sending confirmation of dispatch with a tracking number.

TIME FOR POSTAL DELIVERY

All postal services have their own procedures for processing items as quickly as possible. They understand it is important to get items delivered to the end customer as quickly as possible. But delays can occur due to airfreight delays, and the most recent delays are coronavirus. The service listed on Hammerex is for standard postal service, 14-21 days. But the actual service from the postal service provider is 7/10 days. meaning, without delays and dispatched the next day, you will receive it within 10 days.

NUMBER OF TRACKING

Once your item has been dispatched. You will receive your tracking number by email. In the event of separate items ordered with the same billing address, One tracking number for the complete order will be provided. Tracking is provided by the postal service and may take up to 24 hours to activate on their website. Tracking will only be updated at collection, air freight dispatch, air freight arrival, and when processed for inland delivery. In between, tracking is not updated.

IMPORT TAX 

In the event of bulk ordering and single item's , it is strongly advised to check with your local customs duty office. Regarding tax or duty, if applicable to your country .This is the responsibility of the customer to pay if applicable.
